Scope of work: The existing space had been vacated by a beauty salon. The scope was a complete whitebox  and included:

• Removing  the ceiling, floor tiles, blanking off the plumbing and fixing the dry walls

• Applying a screed to the concrete

• Installing a new ceiling

• Making safe the electrical with a COC

• Painting the entire space
