Scope of work: The existing space had been sectionalised with many offices and boardrooms. The scope was a complete whitebox and included;

• Removing brick walls, dry walls and ceilings.

• Reinstating the vinyl floor

• Making safe the electrical

• Painting the entire space including the soffit
