Scope of work: Dominos had vacated the premises and the scope was a complete whitebox which included:

• Removing countertops, removing installations, removing interior and exterior signage, removing broken sections of the ceilings

• Tiling and cleaning tiles

• Installing a new section of ceiling

• Painting the entire space

• Electrical work with a COC
