Scope of work: The tenant had just vacated the space and the scope was a complete whitebox which included:

• Removing the existing epoxy floor, removing the old branding

• Install a new level screed floor

• Patch existing dry walls

• Installing new glass

• Installing a new basin with cupboard

• Painting the entire space
