Scope of work: The client required that extra space be taken from an adjacent vacant office to accommodate a growing tenant. The scope was an installation which included;

• Breaking down the existing dry wall divide between the 2 spaces

• Creating a boardroom and a new internal office space

• Installing new 5m high fire proof drywalls to subdivide the 2 offices

• Repairing a section of damaged ceiling

• Painting the entire area
