Scope of work: The client required that extra space be taken from an adjacent vacant office to accommodate a growing tenant. The scope was an installation which included;
Breaking down the existing dry wall divide between the 2 spaces
Creating a boardroom and a new internal office space
Installing new 5m high fire proof drywalls to subdivide the 2 offices
Repairing a section of damaged ceiling
Painting the entire area
