Remove the existing damaged roofing sheets and associated flashings, and replace them with new Saflok 700 concealed-fix roof sheeting. Works to include proper alignment, secure fastening, and installation of new flashings to ensure a watertight and durable finish

Client Requirements:

Replace existing damaged roofing and flashings with new Saflok 700 sheeting. 

Key Construction Elements:

All fixings are to be designed and installed with due consideration for the existing steel frame trusses, ensuring secure attachment of the new roofing system. Construction sequencing must take weather conditions into account, with works planned so that no greater section of roofing is removed than can be fully closed and made watertight by the end of each working day.

Outcome:

The project was completed successfully, with the new roofing system performing as intended and no reports of further water ingress or leakage following installation.
