Project Description:

The objective was to remove all asbestos containing roof sheets existing on the current configuration of the building and replace with new Saflok 700 0.53mm AZ200 Sheeting. The works were conducted on a block by block basis, adhering to strict asbestos monitoring and clearance protocols, and was successfully completed on the 29th November 2025.

Client Requirements:

Key Construction Elements:

The biggest challenge faced during the commission of this job was the adherence to strict asbestos protocols while the children still required the use of the facilities at the school concurrently. All clearances were obtained timeously in this respect as a testament to the planning and attention to detail whilst roofworks were conducted.

Outcome:

Ecotide’s scope of works was successfully completed on this project by the 29th November 2025.
